MK Discount Tire was founded in 1914, on the corner of 8th Ave. and 55th St. in Manhattan under the name Mallory Tire.
 
On January 1, 1947 Mallory Tire moved its location to New Rochelle, NY. on Hudson St.
 
In 1964, the town of New Rochelle purchased that property from the company and has since turned that area into what is now known as New Roc City. Around that time, Kotzen Tire became known as the company's wholesale arm, and Mallory Tire remained its retail arm.
 
The store in 1964 moved to its current location at 20 E. Main St.
 
In 1985 the company merged the retail and wholesale company into one name: Mallory Kotzen Tire Co.
 
We now have 4 retail Locations and will continue to grow in the upcoming years.
 
For over 90 years we have been THE place to purchase your tires. We have and always have been the high tech tire people.
 
Through the years many other tire stores have come and gone, but we have endured because of our loyal customers like you. We thank you and appreciate your business.

The MK Discount Tire Centers warehouse and corporate office, located in Larchmont, NY., (as well as our warehouse in Danbury, CT) provides express delivery to our tire installation centers for just about any tire that you need. The warehouse and retail outlet centers have a combined inventory of over 80,000 tires in every major brand. Just about any tires our customers need can be delivered to one of our retail stores within hours. Selection: yes, we have it!

We do more than just tires.
Whether you need an oil change, wheel alignment or other common vehicle maintenance, our certified technicians will do the job right the first time. Convenient appointments are available.
